I need Help! (back to top)
This is the general Help file for InfoHealth™, and should answer most of your questions.

Where can I find more Help? (back to top)
If you can't find what you're looking for here or in any of the specific online help files, then please feel free to contact Customer Services using the details listed below:

Telephone 01737 553485, between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, or email us at orders@infohealth.co.uk with your question.

Help! I'm lost! (back to top)
Don't worry, it's quite easy to find your way around once you know how!

Use the blue section along the left of the viewer screen to move to important locations within the site. These have been separated into two main sections, one for a list of the main departments in the e-Store and the other for a list of areas in the infoCentre.

You will also notice at the top of the page a series of icons that link to your e-Basket, deals and your account. Once you have finished using the site you can also use the log out icon to log out or simply close down the internet browser.

The 'quick links' on the left of the viewer screen help you move to different 'sub-departments' in the InfoHealth™ web site.

There are 16 major departments within the E-store all tailored to help to find exactly what you are looking for in a simple and easy to use way.

If you ever get lost, just head for the main InfoHealth homepage, you can do this by clicking on the main infoHealth™ logo in the far top left of every screen.

How do I search for something? (back to top)
The search facility is located at the top of the screen. Just enter a couple of words relating to what you are looking for, and click the 'go' button to see a list of matching results.

Searches are specific to the type of search i.e. department, product or health article. So for instance if you searched for the word 'Aspirin' by PRODUCT, you would find a list of products containing the word aspirin, but if you search by ARTICLE it will bring up medical information relating to aspirin.

Tip - try to avoid using lots of words and/or very common words like 'the', because these will result in a very long list of search results.

How does my shopping basket work? (back to top)
Just like a shopping basket in a supermarket, you can put things in your basket (by clicking on the 'basket' button next each product) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committing to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through the checkout.

You will notice that for a number of products, in particular in the Pharmacy sections, you will not be able to specify a quantity you may want. Instead you are restricted to a drop down list which allows a maximum quantity of ‘3’ for anyone product. This is in line with pharmacy guidelines for the sale and supply of medicines. Our Pharmacists will review all such products that are ordered before they are supplied. Also when purchasing any item that have a ‘Green’ pharmacy cross against it, you will be asked to fill out a simple questionnaire. This questionnaire will also be reviewed by our pharmacists.

To collect items in your basket you will be asked to register with infoHealth. Your personal shopping basket is stored on our website and NOT your computer at home or at work, so you can login on different computers to build up your basket over a period of time before you actually decide to go to the Checkout.

You can check what is in your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping basket icon at the top of the screen. If you want to remove something, simply change the quantity to zero (0) and click on recalculate/update basket.

When you have finished your shopping, click on 'checkout'. At this point you will have to register or log in, then enter your payment and delivery details.

How do I register? (back to top)
You will be asked to register automatically by the website when you are about to enter a secure area of the website. This is because there are a number of areas in the website which are for registered users only, therefore when you are about to enter one of these areas the website will ask you to either register or enter you login details.

When you register, we collect the information we need to fulfil your order, or to contact you if there is a problem. During registration, you are presented with the full terms and conditions of our online shopping service. You will have to accept these terms to proceed with the registration process. You will need to provide your details including your name, address, contact telephone number, but you don't have to enter your credit card details. With infoHealth we do not hold any of your credit card details on our servers at any time. All credit card transactions are processed through WorldPay™.

You only need to register once for full access to the InfoHealth™.

We also have affiliated links to other websites, who may ask you to register with them.

You should remember that your registration details are not passed onto a third party without your consent, and you should keep your infoHealth™ password in a safe place, as this provides anyone access to your personal details, as well as your previous orders and medical records.

What happens if my details change? (back to top)
You can change your details online, such as your telephone number, by going to the 'Account' icon at the top of the screen.
