highly and aim to provide services to the highest standard possible at all
times. However if you have had a bad experience, we have a positive attitude
about receiving complaints and so would like to hear about it.

and one of our staff will try to resolve the issue or pass you on to someone
appropriate who can. If you wish to lodge an official complaint you can do
so in by post or e-mail. We will acknowledge your response within 2 working
days and carry out an investigation into the complaint and produce a full
response about the incident within 25 working days.
